The precise sizing has been achieved by high voltage computer controlled laser technology after heat treatment. Waiting until the wrench has been heat treated eliminates shrinkage and expansion of the steel after the wrench has been sized. The cost is greater and the production time is longer but when you expect the best, the process is worth it.
