At SDJ Sports we do our absolute best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay, we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as possible. If for whatever reason the product is no longer available an alternative will be offered or if you would prefer, a refund will be made.
If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately, especially if they are being dispatched outside of the UK as we have a 2kg weight limit on orders. If this is the case please be aware that they can arrive up to 3 or 4 days apart.
SDJ Sports Limited ("SDJ Sports") has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative product should one be available. If an alternative is not satisfactory or available we will issue you with a refund.
UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail. If ordering from the Channel Islands, The Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands & Islands please be aware that orders may take a day or two longer than stated for the rest of the UK. This is applicable to all delivery services.
UK orders that have a high value, are bulky or contain fragile products may be dispatched via our partnered couriers. Please note that none of the couriers we use ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or the Highlands and Islands within their standard UK services. Prices for these areas will vary according to the product being dispatched and the courier service being used.
The daily cut off point for orders to be dispatched the same day is 13:00 (GMT). Items ordered after this time will be dispatched the next day. An order is deemed received once confirmation of payment has been received. Please note that this will be different to the time that the order is placed. We close the warehouse over the weekend so orders received after 13:00 on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
1.1 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As a guideline, the following time scales are advised:
- Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 Days).
- Royal Mail 2nd class (2-3 Days).
- Royal Mail T48 (2-3 Days).
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 Day).
- Parcel Force 24 (1 Day).
- Parcel Force 48 (2 Days).
- Interlink (1 Day).

We use a central service provider for all International orders. The final mile carrier will depend on the weight and size/shape of your order. In most cases the final mile courier will be the countries own national post service. For example, in the United States of America most of our post is delivered by USPS. Below are the estimated delivery times based on location:
- North America and Canada: 7 - 14 days.
- Europe: 4 - 8 days.
- Australasia: 9 - 15 days.

If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately; especially if they are being dispatched internationally as we have a 2kg limit on orders. If this is the case then they can arrive up to 3 or 4 days apart.
We can dispatch orders on a tracked service to International destinations however this is not offered as standard. The reason for this is due to the additional postage costs which would inevitably mean that we could not offer our products at the same great prices. In many instances the postage cost would be more than the item value itself. We do not dispatch Large items such as bikes internationally as the price to send it via an appropriate service with enough coverage is excessive in our opinion. Please note we do not ship to all destinations around the world. If your country is visible in the checkout then we will ship the item, if not, then unfortunately we do not have a partner in that country for delivery. 2. Items that are subject to FREE next day delivery
Below is a list of items that are shipped with a Free Next Day Delivery Service provided that the items are in stock and that the order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. If the order is paced after 1pm on said days (apart from Friday) it will be dispatched the following morning with next day delivery. If the order is placed on a Friday after 1pm it will be dispatched on the following Monday with next day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday with next day delivery.

3. I have received a faulty/incorrect item. What do I do?
Rarely, but it does happen, incorrect items are dispatched and goods are damaged during delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Team via phone or email as soon as possible and we'd be happy to resolve the issue and exchange/refund the item and offer any potential compensation where deemed appropriate.
