1. Does SDJ Sports deliver to the United Kingdom? 

Sdjsports.com currently ship to the following locations:

  • Mainland United Kingdom.
  • The Channel Islands.
  • Isle of Man, the Highlands and Islands.

2. How much does shipping cost? 

  • Free Shipping (Standard Delivery) on all orders.
  • Express 2 Day Delivery - £1.99.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 As a guideline, the following time scales are advised (unless stated otherwise on product page):

  • Standard Free Delivery - 2-4 Working Days
  • Express Delivery - 1-2 working days.
  • Special Item Delivery - 4-8 working days.
  •  Please note that the above timescales are guidelines and that SDJ Sports Limited cannot be held liable for any delayed orders due to the weather, postal service strikes or incomplete delivery address details being provided.

At SDJ Sports we do our absolute best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay, we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as possible. If for whatever reason the product is no longer available, an alternative will be offered or if you would prefer, a refund will be made. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time. UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail. If ordering from the Channel Islands, The Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands & Islands please be aware that orders may take a day or two longer than stated for the rest of the UK. 

UK orders that have a high value, are bulky or contain fragile products may be dispatched via our partnered couriers. Please note that none of the couriers we use ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or the Highlands and Islands within their standard UK services. 4. What do I do if my order hasn't arrived within the above time frames?

If you have not received your order within the above time frames please contact us through one of the following:

  •  email (We aim to respond within 2 working days).
  • Phone: 01487 830 402 (Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm excluding Bank Holidays).
  •  Please note that the above timescales are guidelines and that SDJ Sports Limited cannot be held liable for any delayed orders due to the weather, postal service strikes or incomplete delivery address details being provided.

5. What is the cut off point for same day dispatch of orders? 

  • The off point for orders to be dispatched the same day is Monday-Friday 13:00 (GMT).
  • Items ordered after this time will be dispatched the next day. An order is deemed received once confirmation of payment has been received. Please note that this will be different to the time that the order is placed. We close the warehouse over the weekend so orders received after 13:00 on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

6. I have received a faulty/incorrect item. What do I do?

Rarely, but it does happen, incorrect items are dispatched and goods are damaged during delivery. Please contact us through one of the following:
