COVID-19 Service Update

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 we have implemented special measures to ensure everyone in our supply chain is safe and protected.

Can I still order online?

Online ordering from all our channels is still available as normal, with extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our team and their families. Our customer service team is also on hand to help.

Can I still order on your Amazon and eBay Shops?

Yes, our eBay and Amazon teams are working as hard as they can to keep to our delivery estimates, however there may be some orders that fall out of these estimates. We'd appreciate your fairness when providing feedback during these testing times.

Are there any delays to order processing?

Everyone here is trying their best to ensure every order is shipped and delivered within our normal time scales, however due to the increased demand for online orders in addition to our efforts to protect our dedicated team, there may be a slight delay to some orders.

We have implemented a rota for 7 days shipping to help ensure we can provide the service we pride ourselves on, while limiting the number of staff in our warehouse on each day.

Can I still contact you?

Our customer service team is on hand to provide the help you need as usual, however there may also be a delay in responding to your queries, and processing of returns.

I need my bike repaired, can I bring it in?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is now shut from all external visitors to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you require essential repairs to your bike we recommend Richardsons Cycles.

What are you doing to keep your team safe?

Keeping our team safe is our top priority, as such we've implemented strict social distancing in our warehouse space, ensuring that everyone is able to keep at least two meters away at all times.

We've also increased the number of hand washing stations and disinfecting sprays available to our team, and require surfaces are cleaned after each work shift.

In addition, our team members who are able to work remotely are currently working from home to limit their exposure to other members of staff.

Are your delivery partners operating as normal?

Due to the increased demand of all online orders in the UK and their reduced members of staff some of our partners are experiencing slight delays to their time scales, including Royal Mail - whose members are doing an exceptional job to ensure all our mail is delivered with minimal disruption while keeping everyone safe.

We'd like to thank them for their continued hard work providing an often forgotten front line service.
